    1. Material composition and preparation


    Base material: Titanium anode mesh usually uses industrial pure titanium (such as Gr1, Gr2 grades) as the base material.
    Coating material: In order to improve its electrochemical performance, the surface of titanium anode mesh is usually coated with a coating mixed with ruthenium (Ru), iridium (Ir) and titanium (Ti) oxides. This coating is prepared by specific processes (such as sandblasting, pickling and brushing).
